Skp2在卵巢癌中的表达及临床意义

目的:探讨Skp2在卵巢癌中的表达及其卵巢肿瘤临床病理参数之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法对50例卵巢癌中Skp2的表达进行研究。结果:Skp2在卵巢良性肿瘤及交界性肿瘤中的表达均为阴性,而在卵巢癌组织中的表达明显高于卵巢良性肿瘤组织及交界性肿瘤组织。Skp2在不同年龄及组织类型的卵巢癌中表达无显著性意义(P>0.05),而与卵巢癌的病理分期有密切关系(P<0.01),在中低度分化组、Ⅲ~Ⅳ期组及有淋巴结转移组分别明显高于高分化组(P<0.01)、Ⅰ~Ⅱ期组(P<0.01)及无淋巴结转移组(P<0.01)。结论:Skp2特异性表达于卵巢恶性肿瘤中,其表达水平越高提示恶性程度越高,预后越差。

The expression of Skp2 in ovarian cancer and its clinical significance

Objective:To study the expression of Skp2 in ovarian tumors and analyze the relationship between its expression level and clinicopathological parameters in ovarian adenocarcinomas.Methods:Expression of Skp2 was examined by immunohistochemistry in 50 ovarian tumors.Results:Expression of Skp2 was negative in both ovarian adenomas and borderline adenomas.In contrast,expression of Skp2 was detected significantly more in adenocarcinomas than that of borderline adenomas.In addition, the examination indicated that expressional level of Skp2 was significantly higher in advanced-grade specimens compared with early-grade ones(P<0.01),and the level of Skp2 expression also significantly associated with clinical stage(P<0.01) and positive lymph node metastasis of ovarian adenocarcinomas.Conclusion:Skp2 expression may play an important role in the development and progression of ovarian adenocarcinomas,and it may be taken to calculate the biological behavior and the prognosis of ovarian tumor.
