| Abstract: | The antimicrobial and antiproliferative activities of vulpinic acids (1 a, b, c) have been assayed in vitro. Activity was demonstrated by vulpinic acids on Gram-positive bacteria only. The MIC values of these compounds were found to be ranging from 3.8-31.5 micrograms/ml. The significance of these results is discussed. |
