| 摘 要： | 目的：观察胎盘多肽注射液对家兔骨折模型骨形态发生蛋白-2（BMP-2）及血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）表达的影响。方法：选用30只雄性新西兰家兔,随机分为3组,其中正常组10只,模型组10只,治疗组10只。正常组不予任何处理,模型组和治疗组均手术处理,制作骨折模型,治疗组家兔术后第6天开始每天注射胎盘多肽注射液4mL,所有家兔于4周后处死,免疫组织化学染色观察骨折部位骨形态发生蛋白-2（BMP-2）、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）表达。结果：治疗组及模型组中BMP-2、VEGF表达量均高于正常对照组,且治疗组VEGF、BMP-2切片阳性细胞数高于模型组。结论：胎盘多肽注射液能提高骨折愈合过程中骨痂组织的BMP-2、VEGF表达。
