| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药熏洗配合针刀局部松解治疗膝骨性关节炎有效性。方法:采用随机分组将80例膝骨性关节炎患者分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组为中药熏洗配合针刀局部松解治疗方法,对照组为手法推拿治疗方法,均以20d为1个疗程。治疗1个疗程后,通过观察主要症状、体征、膝关节X线检查等指标确定疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组总有效率为57.5%。2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗配合针刀局部松解治疗膝骨关节炎能有效缓解关节疼痛、晨僵、屈伸不利等临床症状。
