| 摘 要： | DNA疫苗的概念提出已有十几年的时间，其间针对DNA疫苗的研究工作取得了很大进展，其有效性已在动物体内得到了验证，而且部分疫苗已进入临床试验阶段，但在取得进展的同时也遇到了许多制约其发展的难题。本文对DNA疫苗发展现状，遇到的问题，采取的策略及可能引起的副反应加以综述。
