尿路梗阻与扩张的IVP延迟摄影探讨

本文总结了100例尿路梗阻所致的病理性肾盂,肾盏扩张的病例均曾行常规IVP检查。本文目的是欲寻求不同程度肾盂积水病例的最佳摄影时间。结果所有程度较重的病例,在90分、120分、180分延时拍片中均显示了尿路扩张8例,发现尿路结石。该方法提高了造影的成功率,为临床提供了有用信息,满足了诊断的基本需要。

Primary study of IVP delayed radiography of urinary obstruction and dilation

The article summarized 100 cases of renal pelvis and renalcalyx and hydronephrosis caused by urinary obstruction. All patientsexperienced IVP examination. The purpose is to decide the best time totake films for patients with different degrees of hydronephrosis. Forthose paatients found serious hydronephrosis after taking the secondfilm,delayed examination is very important after disclosing thepressing belt,even prolonging 3 hours in some cases, Result: All patients with serious hydronephrosis presented dilaed renal pelvis, renal calyxand urinary drct in the films taken at 90", 120'andl80",respectively .except that 39 patients didn't go through continuous ex-aminationbecause of no contrast enhancement findings of one kidney in the firstfilm. 8 cases among them sere det-dctde stones in urinary drcts. Thismethodimproved the successful possibility of contrast examination,offered clinically useful information and basically met diagnostic need.
