卫生运输船医务人员配置的探讨

目的：探讨卫生运输船医务人员的配置数量及各组室比例，最大限度提高医务人员利用效率。方法：根据卫生运输船的伤员特点，确定每组室可能接受的伤员数，然后通过模拟演练，由专家和参演医务人员确定各组室配置的医务人员数量及比例。结果：展开100张床位的卫生运输船，完成1次100名伤员的救治后送任务，至少需要16名医务人员。结论：该配置符合卫生运输船伤员救治特点，提高了医务人员配置的合理性和科学性。

Approach of distribution of the medical staff on medical evacuation ship

Objecive： To approach the quantity of the medical staff deploy on medical evauation ship, and explore how to make full use of it. Methods： The numbers of acceptance for the wounded were definited according to the characteristic of medical evauation ship firstly. And then, service manoeuvres was held. The numbers of medical staff in every treatment region were confirmed by experts and the ones who took part in service manoeuvres. Results： Sixteen medical mumbers were required for ransportations of 100 woundeds in medical evacuation ship. Conclusions： The number of the medical staff deploy is in accord with characteristics of wounded treatment in medical evacuation ship, which can improve the rationality of medical staff distribution.
