军事医学院校“90后”大学生心理健康状况调查研究

目的了解军事医学院校＂90后＂大学生的心理健康状况及其影响因素,为进行心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对某军事医学院校2009级611名新生进行测试,结果与各种常模进行方差分析比较,并进行不同类别间的组间差异比较,影响因素进行多元线性回归分析。结果＂90后＂军事医学院校大学生SCL-90的各项因子分与军校大学生、全国大学生以及军人相比,各因子分均低于各群体常模,并具有极其显著的差异。出现心理问题排在前5位的因子是：强迫、躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、偏执。结论＂90后＂军事医学院校大学生心理健康状况与以往相比,既具有往届新生的共性特点,同时也具有＂90后＂的一些自身特点。

The status of mental health in military medical college students of the post-90s

Objective To understand the mental health of military medical college students of the post-90s and the influencing factors, so as to provide scientific basis for mental health education. Methods The questionnaire of Symptom Check List-90 （SCL-90） was used to determine the level of mental health. A total of 610 completed questionnaires were returned. Results All the scores of SCL-90 factors in medical military college students of the post-90s were lower than those in the norm of military college students, the military and the local college students. Obsessive-compulsion, somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and paranoid ideation were the main factors in psychological problem of medical military college students of the post-90s.Conclusion The mental health of medical military college students of the post-90s has the general characteristics with the preterit students, and at the same time, there are also some unique ones.
