七氟醚对全麻患者呼吸循环及苏醒时间的影响

目的 观察七氟醚对全麻患呼吸循环和苏醒时间的影响，并与异氟醚和安氟醚比较。方法 85例择期腹部手术患随机分成七氟醚（S组），异氟醚（I）组和安氟醚（E）组，术中各组吸入麻醉药以1．0MAC的浓度吸入，连续观察血压、心率等指标，测术前、拔管前1min、拔管后5min、10min、30min的Vt、RR和SPO2。结果 S组中血压、心率变化与 及E组基本相同（P＞0．05），恢复期各项指标明显好于I组和E组（P＜0．05或P＜0．01），苏醒时间明显短于I组和E组（P＜0．05或P＜0．01）。结论 七氟醚对呼吸循环影响较小，苏醒时间，且过程较平稳。

The effects of sevoflurane on cardiopulmonary circulation and the awakening time in general anesthetized patients

Objective To investigate the effect of sevoflurane on cardiopulmonary circulation and the awakening time in general anesthetized patients,and compare it with isoflurane and enflurane.Methods Eighty five patients scheduled for abdominal operation were randomly divided into three groups:Group S,Group I and Group E.In all groups the concentration of inhalation anesthetics was 1.0 MAC.BP and HR were measured,and Vt,RR and SPO 2 were detected before operation,one minute before extubation,and five minutes,ten minutes and thirty minutes after extubation.Results The changes of BP and HR in Group S were similar to Group E( P >0.05).Indexes of restoration stage in group S were better than those in Group I and Group E( P <0.05 or P <0.01).The awakening time in Group S was shorter than that in group I and Group E( P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusion Sevoflurane has mild effect on cardiopulmonary circulation in general anesthetized patients and the awakening time is shorter.
