摘    要:目的:建立HPLC法测定酒石酸美托洛尔注射液的含量和有关物质。方法:色谱柱:phenomenex luna C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-庚烷磺酸钠缓冲溶液(水450ml,加庚烷磺酸钠960mg,加无水醋酸钠82mg,加冰醋酸0.57m1)(49:51),流速:1.0ml·min^-1,检测波长:275nm。结果:在选定的色谱条件下,主药与杂质分离良好。酒石酸关托洛尔在28.94~964.80μg·m^-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=6)。结论:该方法可用于酒石酸关托洛尔注射液的含量和有关物质的测定。

Abstract:Objective: To estable a method for determination of metoprolol tartrate injection and related substances by HPLC. Method: The phenomenex luna C18 column (150 mm× 4.6 mm ,5 μm) was used, the mobile phase was consisted of methanolsodium heptanesulfonate buffer ( water 450 ml, adds sodium heptanesulfonate 960 mg, anhydrous sodium acetate 82 mg and acetic acid 0.57 ml)(49: 51) ,the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^-1 and wavelength of detector was at 275 nm. Result: At the selected chromatographic conditions, the main drug was well separated from related materials and determined with a good linear relationship within the range of 28.94-964.80 μg · ml^-1( r = 0. 999 9, n = 6 ). Conclusion: The method can be used to determine the metoprolol tartrate and the related substances.
