| 摘 要： | 在介绍业务流程优化与再造的概念、方法和实施步骤基础上，以肿瘤医院门诊化疗注射流程为具体研究对象，运用该方法对流程分析与重新设计，并利用信息技术手段，实现门诊化疗注射流程重组，体现了“以病人为中心”的门诊服务模式。

| Abstract: | It introduces the notion, basic methods and implementary steps of Business Process Reengineering（ BPR）. Based on BPR, it analyzes the injection process for chemotherapy in clinic. It applies the redesign method and information technology to reengineer the process, and shows the thought of ＂regard patient as the centre＂ in outpatient service. |
