希美纳对局部晚期非小细胞肺癌放疗增敏作用的近期疗效观察

摘    要:[目的]评价希美纳作为放疗增敏剂同期放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效和不良反应.[方法]希美纳组:30例采用希美纳放疗增敏治疗不能手术切除的局部晚期(Ⅲ期)非小细胞肺癌患者,放疗同期隔日1次在放疗前1h给予希美纳治疗(希美纳800 mg/m2,用100ml生理盐水稀释溶解,于30 min内完成静脉滴注).单纯放疗组:30例放射治疗方法与希美纳组相同.[结果]希美纳组与单纯放疗组肺原发灶总有效率分别为80.0%和63.3% (P< 0.05).毒副反应不增加(P>0.05).[结论]希美纳放疗增敏治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌与单纯放疗比较,近期疗效有提高,毒副反应可耐受,希美纳有放疗增敏作用.

Abstract:[Objective]To evaluate the therapeutic effect of glycididazolum natrium (CMNa) combined with radiotherapy for patients with stage III non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC). [ Methods ] Thirty patients with inoperable stage III NSCLC were given CMNa 800 mg/m2 + 0.9% NS 100ml by ivgtt (dripped within 30 min) 3 times per week in addition to three dimensional suitable shape radiotheraphy, thirty patients underwent three dimensional suitable shape radiotherapy alone. [ Results]The overall response rates were 80% in the enhancement group, and 63.3% in the central group. Comparing the efficacy of the two groups, the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Comparing the toxicity, there was no significant difference (P 〉 0.05 ). [ Conclusion ] Glycididazolum natrium (CMNa) have remarkable sensitization effect on radiotherapy, without increasing toxic-side effects.
