| 摘 要： | 小肠在腹腔重叠、冗长,具有位置不固定、不断蠕动的生理特性,加之检查手段受限,使小肠出血的诊断存在一定难度。近年多层螺旋CT(MSCT)、多层螺旋CT小肠造影(MSCTE)及其后处理技术的不断成熟和发展,在诊断小肠出血中具有重要价值。本文就MSCT对小肠出血常见疾病的诊断价值作一综述。

| Abstract: | It is difficult to diagnose small bowel bleeding because the small intestine is overlapping, redundancy with unfixed location, and with peristalsis constantly, as well as inspection methods are limited. Muhi-slice CT （MSCT）, multi-slice CT enteroclysis （MSCTE） and post-processing technology became more mature and developed in recent years, which bestowed great value for the diagnosis of small bowel bleeding. This article reviewed the value of MSCT in the diagnosis of small bowel bleeding. |
