临床护理路径在腹腔镜胆囊切除术病人护理中的应用

[目的]建立一个高质量、高效能、低成本的腹腔镜胆囊切除术病人临床护理路径模式。[方法]采用前期对照组和后期实验组两组病例对比,对照组28例实施传统诊疗护理模式,实验组30例实施临床护理路径模式。[结果]实施临床护理路径后住院天数缩短,手术时间和麻醉时间缩短,住院费用减少,与对照组比较,P<0.05,有统计学意义;病人对疾病相关知识的认知优良率提高,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]临床护理路径流程合理、效果良好,具有可行性。

Application of clinical nursing path in patients undergoing cholecystectomy via laparoscope

Objective: To establish a high quality, high-efficiency and low-cost mode of clinical nursing path for patients undergoing cholecystectomy under laparoscope. Method: By contrasting two groups cases that is the former as control group and the latter as test group. Patients of 28 cases in control group were given traditional diagnosing, treatment and nursing mode. Patients of 30 cases in test group were accepted clinical nursing path mode. Result: After carried out clinical nursing path, both hospitalization days and the time of operation and anesthesia of patients were shortened. And medical expenses of patients were reduced. There was statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the cognitive fineness rate toward disease-related knowledge in test group patients promoted obviously (P<0.01). There was statistical significance. Conclusion: The flow-sheet of clinical nursing path is reasonable, well effective and feasible.
