| 摘 要： | 采用同种ＬＡＫ细胞治疗癌癌性胸不４３例。其中腺癌２５例，鳞癌７例，小细胞癌７例，未定型４例；大量胸水２６例，中等量胸水１７例。ＬＡＫ细胞胸腔注射治疗１－２个疗程后，１５例胸水消失，２３例胸水显著减少，抽不出胸水，有效率为８８．４％；化疗组有效率３９．５％，两组差别显著，提示ＬＡＫ细胞胸腔注射治疗肺癌癌性胸不的疗效优于腹腔注射化疗药物。

| Abstract: | Fourty-three cases of cancerous pleural effusion(a large amount in 26 and medium amount in 17)were treated with 1 or 2 courses of intrapleural injection of homologous lymphokin-activated killer cells(LAK cells).Of the patients,25 suffered from adencarcinoma,7 squamous cell carcinoma,7 small cell lung cancer and 4 atypical lung cancer.It was found that the pleural effusion subsided thoroughly in 15 cases and was significantly reduced in amount in 23 with an effective rate of 88.4%after the injection of LAK cells as compared with that of 39.5%in those cases of chemotherapy group(P<0.01).Our findings suggest that the therapeutic effects were far better with intrapleural injection of LAK cells than with intrapleural injection of chemotherapeutic agents. |
