| 摘 要： | 目的]观察归脾汤加味治疗稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法]随机将120例稳定型心绞痛病人分为2组,对照组常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上予归脾汤加味汤剂口服。观察治疗前后西医临床疗效、心电图变化、中医证候疗效及不良反应。结果]治疗组在西医临床疗效、心电图变化、中医证候疗效方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]归脾汤加味联合常规西药治疗稳定型心绞痛优于常规西药治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective]Spleen Decoction stable angina patients.Methods]A total of 120 patients with stable angina patients were divided into treatment group and control group and the control group conventional western medicine,the treatment group were based on the decoction to the spleen and oral decoction.Western medicine before and after treatment were observed clinical effects,ECG,TCM syndromes and adverse reactions.Results]of clinical efficacy of the treatment group in Western medicine,ECG effects,the efficacy of TCM syndrome were significantly better than the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion] Spleen Decoction combined treatment of stable angina pectoris conventional western medicine is superior to conventional western medicine. |
