| 摘 要： | 心力衰竭(简称心衰)是一组临床综合病征,其病因病机以心肾阳虚为本,水瘀互结为标。笔者以《伤寒论》真武汤为主方温阳化气,配以宣肺、化湿、燥湿、利水、温通、活血等治法,临证加减治疗心衰,取得满意疗效。

| Abstract: | Heart falure is a clinical syndrome,its interpretation of the cause is deficiency of yang of heart and kidney,showing the form of water combining with stases.We got the pleased curative effect on treatment of chronic heart failure with Zhenwu decoction combined with the other therapy,such as drying dampness,draining water,invigorating the circulation of blood.Treating heart failure clinical and achieved satisfactory results. |
