乳腺结核的超声诊断

目的 通过对乳腺结核的超声显像回顾性分析,进一步提高超声医师对乳腺结核的认识,减少乳腺结核的漏误诊.方法 对1998年3月至2010年11月在玉山县中医院外科手术证实的16例乳腺结核病患者的超声显像资料进行回顾性分析.结果 16例乳腺结核中,实质包块型5例,溃疡瘘管型7例,混合包块型3例,脓肿型1例,实质包块型最易误诊.结论 乳腺结核超声表现多种多样,无特异性,但超声对乳腺结核定位准确,结合临床能对乳腺结核作出初步诊断.

Ultrasonographic Diagnosis of Breast Tuberculosis
