| 摘 要： | [目的]观察丹参饮对冠心病心绞痛的疗效和血脂水平改善情况。[方法]118例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组单纯使用丹参饮汤剂口服,对照组单纯使用复方丹参片口服,疗程均为42天,分别观察其症状及血脂改善情况。[结果]两组治疗比较,治疗组症状疗效和血脂等均明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]丹参饮治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切。
