阿托伐他汀对血脂水平、血管内皮功能及脑钠肽水平的影响研究

目的探讨阿托伐他汀对血脂水平、血管内皮功能及脑钠肽（BNP）水平的影响。方法 选择我院2009年12月-2010年5月收治的68例高血压伴高血脂患者,在控制饮食的同时采用阿托伐他汀40 mg治疗,比较治疗前后患者的血脂水平、血管内皮功能及BNP水平,其中血脂水平以血清胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）为观察指标,血管内皮功能以血流介导的血管扩张（FMD）、一氧化氮（NO）为观察指标。结果治疗后患者的TC、TG、LDL-C、BNP水平均明显下降,FMD、NO均明显升高,差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）。结论阿托伐他汀能够明显改善患者的血脂水平、血管内皮功能及BNP水平,利于患者的康复,值得临床关注。

Study on Influence of Atorvastatin on Blood Lipid Levels, Vascular Endothelial Function and Brain Natriuretic Peptide levels

Objective To explore the effect of atorvastatin on serum lipid levels,vascular endothelial function and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) levels. Methods On the basis of diet control,68 patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia hospitalized in Qinglong Manzu Autonomous County Hospital from December,2009 to May,2010 were selected to receive atorvastatin 40 mg.The blood lipid levels,vascular endothelial function and BNP levels were compared before and after the treatment.The serum cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were observed as the observation indexes of blood lipid levels.The flow-mediated dilatation(FMD) and nitric oxide(NO) were observed as the observation indexes of vascular endothelial function. Results After the treatment,levels of TC,TG,LDLC,BNP were significantly decreased,while FMD and NO were significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05). Conclusions Atorvastatin can significantly improve the blood lipid levels,vascular endothelial function and BNP levels.It is conducive to the rehabilitation of the patients and is worthy of clinical attention.
