石家庄市青少年伤害相关危险行为调查

目的了解石家庄市青少年伤害相关危险行为现状,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法 于2008年3-5月,随机抽取石家庄市6类32所学校7176名学生进行伤害相关危险行为的问卷调查。结果石家庄市青少年学生中骑车违规、动手打架、不良情绪等危险行为发生率最高,分别为61.5%、37.7%、17.4%,其中男生骑车违规、动手打架的发生率明显高于女生（P〈0.01）,城市学生骑车违规发生率明显高于农村学生（P〈0.01）。结论青少年中存在许多易导致意外伤害的危险行为,应针对青少年的性别和地区差异开展相关的健康教育,以提高其对意外伤害的预防和自我保健意识。

Investigation on Related Risk Behaviors for Injuries Among Adolescents in Shijiazhuang

Objective To investigate the incidence of injuries and the related risk behaviors among adolescents in Shijiazhuang,and to provide the evidence for making intervention measures. Methods Questionnaires about injuries were used to investigate 7,176 students who were randomly selected from 32 schools from March to May,2008 in Shijiazhuang. Results About 61.5% of the interviewees violated traffic law as riding a bicycle,37.7% of them fought physically against others,and 17.4% had unhealthy feelings.The significant sex difference was identified in disobeying traffic rules and fighting,the occurrence rates of male students were significantly higher than those in female students(P<0.01).The significant area difference was identified in disobeying traffic rules too,the occurrence rate of city students was higher than that of country students(P<0.01). Conclusions There are a lot of risk behaviors that contribute to unintentional injuries of adolescents.It is necessary to develop health education for preventing unintentional injuries in adolescence by the characteristics of adolescents as soon as possible,so as to improve self-care consciousness in adolescents.
