| 摘 要： | 自身免疫性肝炎(autoimmune hepatitis,AIH)是一种肝脏的炎症性表现,目前原因不明,当肝脏组织学检查有界面性肝炎,伴有高丙球蛋白血症、转氨酶水平异常增高,血清中出现与肝脏相关的抗体时方可诊断。西医治疗副作用较大,且复发率较高。本文依据中医理论辨治AIH,弥补西医的不足。

| Abstract: | Autoimmune hepatitis(AIH) is a kind of inflammatory performance,currently unexplained histologic examination,when have the interface of hepatitis,with high c globulin hematic disease,transaminase heighten,abnormal serum levels of antibodies related with liver appears only when the diagnosis.Western medicine treatment side effects,and the recurrence rate is higher.Based on the theory of TCM differentiation AIH,western medicine. |
