穴位注射加针灸治疗妊娠剧吐44例

目的]观察穴位注射加针灸治疗妊娠剧吐的疗效。方法]将87例随机分为治疗组44例和对照组43例,两组在静脉补液、补充水、电解质、维生素C、维生素B6及纠正酸中毒治疗的基础上,治疗组取内关穴位各注射维生素B150mg加针刺中脘、梁门、足三里,1d/次,共3次;对照组每日1次肌肉注射维生素B1100mg共3天。结果]治疗组治愈率77.27%,对照组治愈率44.19%,两组疗效差异有非常显著性(P<0.05)。结论]穴位注射加针刺治疗妊娠剧吐方法简单易行,安全有效,疗程短,值得推广。

Objective]Injection plus acupuncture treatment effect of hyperemesis gravidarum.Method]From June 2009 to March 2010 our department 87 cases of hyperemesis gravidarum were randomly divided into treatment group and control group for efficacy in two groups in the intravenous fluid,add water,electrolytes,vitamin C,vitamin B6 and treatment to correct acidosis,based on the relevant points within the treatment group were each injected with vitamin B1 50mg Acupuncture Zhongwan,door beams,the full three years,1 day / time,3 times;the control group daily intramuscular injection of vitamin B1 1 100mg for 3 days.Results]The cure rate of 77.27%,control group was 44.19%,difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion]Injection plus acupuncture treatment hyperemesis gravidarum method is simple,safe and effective,short course,worthy of promotion.
