摘    要:目的对检测HBsAg的三种方法酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)、胶体金免疫层析试验法(GICA)、化学发光微粒子免疫分析法(CMIA)进行比较分析。方法 221份乙肝患者血清作试验组及156份非乙肝患者血清作对照组,分别用以上三种方法检测HBsAg,对结果进行分析比较。结果ELISA和GICA的灵敏度和特异度均低于CMIA,差异有统计学意义。结论 ELISA、GICA操作简便,成本低廉,灵敏度亦不低,适宜基层单位普及;CMIA虽然灵敏度和特异度均高,但试剂成本高且仪器昂贵,可用作对可疑标本必要时行复查。

Abstract:Objective To compare and analyze the three methods for HBsAg detection,including enzyme-linked immuneosorbent assay(ELISE),colloidal gold immunochromatography test(GICA),and chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay(CMIA). Methods 221 serum samples collected from hepatitis B patients were served as test group and 156 serum samples collected from individuals without hepatitis B served as control group.HBsAg was detected using the three methods respectively,and the results were compared and analyzed. Results The sensitivity and specificity of ELISA and GICA were both lower than those of CMIA,and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusions ELISA and GICA have the advantages of simple operation,low cost, and good specificity,which are suitable for popularizing in grass-roots units. CMIA has a high sensitivity and specificity,but considering its high cost of the equipment and expensive reagent,it is only suitable for re-examination of the suspected specimens if necessary.
