生脉注射液联合西药治疗病毒性心肌炎52例疗效观察及对血清cTnI水平影响

目的]观察生脉注射液联合西医治疗病毒性心肌炎(VMC)疗效及其对血清肌钙蛋白I((cTnI)水平的影响。方法]对52例住院患者使用生脉注射液配合西药抗病毒、营养心肌等常规治疗,并检测治疗前后血清cTnI水平变化,15d进行疗效判定。结果]显效31例,有效16例,无效5例,总有效率90.38%;血清cTnI由治疗前为18.17±6.42μg/L下降为3.59±0.94μg/L(P<0.05)。结论]生脉注射液配合西药抗病毒、营养心肌等常规治疗VMC疗效满意,血清cTnI水平变化可反映VMC心肌损伤程度,是是目前临床无创检测诊断VMC的可靠手段。

Shengmai Injection Combined with Western Medicine Treatment of Viral Myocarditis 52 Cases and Serum Levels of cTnI

Objective]To evaluate the Shengmai Injection combined with Western medicine treatment of viral myocarditis(VMC) and to analyze its clinical efficacy on serum cardiac troponin I(cTnI) levels.Method]in our hospital 52 patients with viral myocarditis 2~4h after admission,and therapeutic evaluation related indicators 15d detection,and their serum concentrations of cTnI were measured in the observed levels.Results]52 patients treated were cured,31 cases accounted for 59.6%,30.8% effective in 16 cases,5 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.4%.Serum cTnI levels before the treatment of 18.17±6.42μg/L decreased after treatment,3.59±0.94μg/L,two significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion]In Western conventional therapy based on the use of Health Injection treatment of viral myocarditis can achieve a good therapeutic effect;serum cTnI level may reflect viral myocarditis in patients with myocardial injury,is clinically non-invasive detection and diagnosis of VMC reliable means.
