| 摘 要： | 目的]观察醒脑静注射液治疗脑出血昏迷疗效。方法]将97例患者随机分为两组。对照组45例给予西医常规止血、降颅压、营养神经、预防感染等治疗。治疗组52例在常规治疗的基础上,予以醒脑静(麝香、栀子、郁金、冰片等中药)20mL加入5%葡萄糖液或生理盐水250mL静滴,1~2次/d。结果]清醒率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]醒脑静注射液治疗脑出血昏迷有效。

| Abstract: | Objective]To observe the effect of Xingnaojing injection on cerebral hemorrhage coma patients.Methods]One hundred and two patients divided into two groups randomLy,the treatment group and comparison group.The comparison group was been stopped bleeding,reduced intracranial pressure,given the neural nutrition,prevent infection and so on western medicine foundation treatment measures.The treatment group was been given Xingnaojing injection except the western medicine foundation treatment measures.Results]The two groups awaking rate were significant differences.The treatment group awaking rate was obviously higher than the comparison group.Conclusion]The Xingnaojing injection on treating cerebral hemorrhage coma patients is useful. |
