| 摘 要： | 目的]观察疏肝健脾汤配合穴位热疗治疗腹泻型肠易激惹综合征疗效。方法]将105例腹泻型肠易激惹综合征随机分为两组,治疗组53例使用疏肝健脾汤配合药渣热熨神阙穴,对照组52例仅使用疏肝健脾汤,治疗30天。结果]主要症状、次要症状以及综合疗效等观测指标治疗前后两组均有显著性改善(P<0.01),治疗后各项指标改善治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]疏肝健脾汤配合穴位热疗治疗腹泻型肠易激惹综合征临床疗效满意。 |

| Abstract: | Objective] Shugan Jianpi Soup with hyperthermia in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant points bowel syndrome.Methods] 105 patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group,53 patients with the dregs with Shugan Jianpi Soup Shenque hot iron,only 52 patients in control group Shugan Jianpi Soup,for 30 days.Results] The main symptoms,minor symptoms and efficacy of such comprehensive observations before and after treatment both groups showed significant improvement(P<0.01),after treatment to improve the indicators of treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion] Shugan Jianpi Soup with Point hyperthermia treatment of diarrhea-predominant bowel syndrome clinical results were satisfactory. |
