灭毒汤治疗病毒性角膜炎120只眼

[目的]观察中医药治疗病毒性角膜炎的疗效。[方法]将120只眼病毒性角膜炎分为2组。治疗组70只眼,予灭毒汤口服治疗,病愈后予补中益气汤口服以巩固疗效;对照组50只眼,予阿昔洛韦注射液静脉点滴及口服治疗。[结果]总有效率治疗组(91.43%)明显好于对照组(84.00%)(P<0.01)。[结论]灭毒汤治疗病毒性角膜炎疗效较好,病愈后的巩固治疗可减少本病复发。

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of viral keratitis.[Methods]The diagnosis of viral keratitis 120 eye divided into two groups: treatment group in 70 eye,to destroy toxic soup oral therapy and recover after to fill in Yiqi tang orally to consolidate curative effect,the control group of 50 eye,grant o acyclovir wei injection vein bit and oral treatment.[Results]The total effective rate in treatment group sensitivities,the comparison group total effectiveness 84%.[Conclusion]Destroy toxic decoction viral keratitis curative effect is good,recover after the consolidation of treatment can reduce the disease recurrence.
