| 摘 要： | 目的]观察六味地黄丸合桂枝汤治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效。方法]六味地黄丸合桂枝汤加味,每日2次,每次100mL,4周后观察疗效。结果]治疗68例,经过4个疗程治疗,痊愈50例,有效13例,无效5例。结论]六味地黄丸合桂枝汤有调节内分泌,调整性激素水平的作用,改善治疗围绝经期综合征疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective]To observe the effect of treating perimenopausal syndrome by liuwei dihuang wan plus guizhi decoction.Method]Liuwei Dihuang Wan plus Guizhi decoction modified,2 times a day,every 100mL,4 weeks after treatment.Results]Treatment 68 cases,after 4 courses of treatment,cured 50 cases,effective 13 cases,ineffective 5 cases.Conclusion]Liuwei Dihuang Wan plus Guizhi decoction combined with endocrine regulation,the role of sex hormone levels adjust and improve the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome affirmed. |
