摘    要:目的了解河北省流行性感冒(流感)流行趋势及流感病毒的型别分布情况,为制定预防与控制流感流行措施提供科学依据。方法依照《国家流感监测方案(试行)》要求的标准将2004—2005年流感流行季节的监测结果进行流行病学和病原学监测。结果流感样病例门诊检出率为5.48%,其中儿童为7.84%,成人为0.96%;共采集流感样病例咽拭子标本769份,用MDCK细胞分离出流感病毒52株,分离率为6.67%,其中H3N2亚型38株,占73.08%,B型14株,占26.92%。结论2004—2005年流感流行季节门诊流感样病例就诊高峰在1月份,儿童流感样病例的检出率较高,H3N2亚型流感病毒为流行优势毒株。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the trend of influenza epidemicity and viral types in Hebei province so as to provide scientific basis for making the preventive and control strategies to control prevalent of influenza.Methods Epidemiological and pathogenic surveillance on influenza in Hebei Province in influenza epidemic season during 2004-2005 were conducted according to the criterion in Influenza Surveillance Program in China(trial)Results The detectable rate of influenza like illness in outpatients was 5.48%,of which the rate for children was 7.84% and for adults was 0.96%.All together 769 nasopharyngeal specimens were taken,and 52 strains of influenza virus were isolated,with isolation rate of 6.67%.Of which 38(73.08%)were H3N2 subset influenza virus and 14(26.92%)were influenza B virus.Conclusion During 2004-2005 influenza epidemic season,the visiting peak of influenza like illness in outpatients was in January,percentage of children was higher,and H3N2 subset influenza virus was the predominant strain.
