| 摘 要： | 腰椎间盘感染是经皮穿刺腰椎间盘摘除术的严重并发症之一，须引起高度重视。此文中分析腰椎间盘感染原因有两点：一是穿刺器械消毒不严格、不彻底，二是穿刺点和穿刺径路选择不当，以致损伤肠道。大家要认真吸取教训，避免这种不应发生的并发症。

| Abstract: | Percutaneous Lumbar Discectomy(PLD)and surgical discectomy are widely used in the treatment of protruded disc with good results,however complications may occur and postop- ertive disc infection although relatively,is one of the serious complications.The authors reported 5 such cases vvhich treated successfully with PLD. The diagnosis of postoperative diskitis and problems related to treatment with PLD were discussed. |
