视网膜脱离的MRI诊断价值

作者报告１１例视网膜脱离的ＭＲＩ检查结果，并与超声和临床眼底镜检查进行了对照，作者在对眼球ＭＲＩ检查技术，视网膜下液体成分与其信号强度的关系，以及合并改变如玻璃体出血，玻璃体膜形成和脉络膜脱离的ＭＲＩ表现进行探讨后认为，ＭＲＩ对脱离视网膜下液体成分的判断和在眼底镜检查存在困难时对脱离视网膜的显示，均有重要价值。

Evaluation of MRI Examination in the Diagnosis of Retinal Detachment

The results of MRI examination of eleven patients with retinal detachment were analysed and compared with those of sonography and ophthalmoscopy.After discussing the MRI techniques of the orbit,the relationship of subretinal fluid and MR signal intensity and associated findings such as vitreous hemorrhage,vitreous membrane and chorioidal detachment,the authors suggested that MRI is a valuable method in the evaluation of the subretinal fluid components and is an alternative to clinical ophthalmoscopy in difficult cases.
