| 摘 要： | 一般ＣＴ用于眼内异物扫描，图像上只能反映异物与眼球的关系，不能将异物的方位进行准确测定。作者从２４例ＣＴ眼异物外伤的应用中，总结出能进行定位测量的扫描体位和测量计算方法。经１８例手术证明，定位数据准确。此方法适用于各种眼异物的定位，尤其对多发异物、眼球壁异物及眼球有新鲜伤口者效果更佳。

| Abstract: | The authors developed a method of CT localization of intraocular foreign bodY(IOF)by means of proper scanning technique,measurement,and calculation on the basis of clinical experience in 24 cases. This method proved reliable to give accurate data of localization in 18 operated cases. It may be applicable to various IOF loralizations particularly in cases of multiple IOF,IOF on the wall of eye ball,and IOF in a recently wounded eye. |
