气管内留置螺旋状金属内支架的基础研究

摘    要:为了明确气管在留置支架后的组织学改变,作者在3只成犬的气管内留置螺旋状金属内支架,观察2周、4周、12周后将其处死,并分别进行留置部的肉眼及光镜观察。结果:2周后支架大部已覆盖了一层透明的气管粘膜。4周后支架已全部被粘膜覆盖,粘膜下结缔组织增生,局部有散在的淋巴增生,表面散在少许息肉样赘生物,镜下为粘膜增生,管壁增厚。12周后支架不仅全部陷入粘膜下,有一部分支架钢丝已靠近气管软骨。局部结缔组织和淋

Abstract:In order to define histological changes of stented trachea,spiral Z metallic stents were placed in the tracheas of 3 dogs.After 2,4,12 weeks,the dogs were killed and gross and mi- croscopic examinations of the trachea were done. The stents had been mostly covered by mucous membranes in 2 weeks and were perfectly covered in 4 weeks. Proliferation of submucosal connective tissue and local lymphatic tissue were obvious in 4 weeks. The polyplike protrusions on the surface oftrachea were found to be mucocal proliferation,In 12 weeks,the stent was not only entirely invagi- nated deep into the submucosal layer but some part of the stent had already reached the cartilage of the trachea. Proliferation of connective tissue and lymphatic tissue were more obvious in 12 weeks. Conclusion:(1)Placement of metallic stent is an effective method for treating tracheal stenosis.(2)Most part of the stent can be covered by mucous membrane in 2 week time.
