| 摘 要： | 目的：了解我院住院部麻醉药品应用情况及用药趋势。方法：对我院住院部2007～2009年麻醉药品应用进行统计和分析。结果：我院住院部麻醉药品销售金额逐年增加,吗啡制剂用量逐年增加,哌替啶注射液用量逐年减少。结论：我院住院部麻醉药品应用基本合理,符合癌症疼痛三阶梯止痛原则。

| Abstract: | Objective： To analyze the application and drug trends of the usage of narcotic drugs in the inpatient department of our hospital.Methods： The application of narcotic drugs from 2007 to 2009 in the inpatient department of our hospital were added up and analyzed.Results： The amount of narcotic drug sales increased year by year in the inpatient department of our hospital,the dosage of Morphine Preparations increased year by year,Pethidine Injection amount decreased year by year.Conclusion： The application of narcotic drugs in the inpatient department of our hospital is almost rational,and it is in line with the principle of three-step ladder for cancer pain. |
