146例次抗癫痫药物血药浓度监测分析

目的分析3种常用抗癫痫药的血药浓度监测情况,指导患者合理用药。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定卡马西平、苯妥英钠和苯巴比妥血药浓度。结果共监测146例次,达到有效治疗浓度者为62.33%;低于有效治疗浓度者为33.56%;高于有效治疗浓度者4.11%。结论血药浓度监测结果是指导临床用药的依据之一,血药浓度不在治疗窗内的原因很多,应结合其他临床指标综合分析监测结果。

Retrospective analysis on anti-epilepsy drugs serum concentration in 146 cases

OBJECTIVE In order to guide the rational administration in clinic,the results of monitoring anti-epilepsies drugs serum concentration in 146 cases were analyzed.METHODS The serum concentration of carbamazepine and diphenylhydantoin and phenobarbital were determined by HPLC.RESULTS 62.33% of serum concentrations were in therapeutic window in 146 cases 33.56% of serum concentrations were less than therapeutic window,4.11% of serum concentrations were more than therapeutic window.CONCLUSION Serum drug concentration is important to guide the rational administration.However,it should be combined with other clinical data to evaluate the efficacy of anti-epilepsy drugs due to various factors.
