老年性上眼睑除皱术

目的：传统的上眼睑除皱方法为“月牙形”切除部分上眼睑皮肤厦眼轮匝肌，外眦部位常矫正不足。为改善此缺陷，本文介绍“镰刀形”上睑皮肤部分切除术治疗老年性上眼睑老化的手术方法与要点。方法：将传统的上睑切口向外侧延伸超过外眦部位成“镰刀形”，切除部分上眼睑皮肤及眼轮匝肌，将切缘与睑板上缘固定。结果：6年来共治疗上睑松垂276例，其中行“月牙形”切除35例，“镰刀形”切除232例，因上睑外眦部位切除不足二次矫正9例，效果满意。结论：本法克服了传统的上眼睑除皱方法外眦部位矫正不足的缺点，是一种安全有效的手术方法。

The Senile Upper Blepharoplasty

Objective: The typical classic upper blepharoplasty is to excise a crescent-shaped skin which results in a lateral hooding deformity of upper eyelid. The purpose of this study is to introduce a scalpel-shaped excision for senile upper blepharoplasty. Methods: The crescent-shaped excision was extended to the lateral canthus, which was a scalpel-shaped. The scalpel-shaped skin was excised. The skin was fixed to upper border of the tarsus. Results: 276 patients was treated in the past 6 years. 35 patients used crescent-shaped excision. 232 patients used scalpel-shaped excision method. Only part of the lateral canthus was excised in 9 patients. All the patients were satisfied with the results. Conclusion: This procedure overcomes the lateral hooding deformity of upper eyelid caused by crescent-shaped skin excision. It is a safe and effective method.
