| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨磁共振成像常规序列（#T2WI）与磁共振胰胆管成像（MRCP）在胆道疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析我院2003年3月-2010年12月有完整临床资料并经手术或ERCP病理证实肝门部梗阻患者81例。所有患者用西门子1.0T超导磁共振成像仪行MRI常规序列与MRCP结合检查。结果：MRCP与结合#T2WI冠状位对胆管癌定位诊断准确率为100%,定性诊断准确率89.8%,结石定位准确率100%,定性准确率100%,胆囊癌肝门部淋巴结转移及肝脏肿瘤肝门部压迫定位及定性准确率均100%。结论：MRI常规序列（#T2WI）与MRCP相结合对胆道系统疾病定位、定性诊断确率高,应用价值大,是一种非创性、安全快捷的检查方法,能为胆道系统疾病临床诊治提供可靠的依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore diagnostic value of the magnetic resonance imaging conventional sequence (#T2WI) and MRCP in biliary disease.
