| 摘 要： | 目的：建立术后饮的制备及质量控制方法,并观察其临床疗效。方法：采用水蒸气蒸馏、煎煮的方法提取药材中的有效成分制成合剂,用薄层色谱法进行质量控制,并观察其在住院病人手术后应用的临床疗效。结果：该制剂制备工艺可行,质量控制合理;治疗组观察病例100例,总有效率为92.0%,对照组观察病例80例,总有效率为81.2%。结论：该制剂制备工艺简便,质量稳定可控,临床疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
