摘    要:利用基因芯片技术研究大鼠妊娠不同阶段胰岛基因表达谱的变化.与正常对照组相比,大鼠妊娠期数百条基因发生差异表达,其中基因Reg3α在孕期表达显著高于正常对照组,可能与胰岛再生相关.

Abstract:Genechip was applied to explore gene expression profile of islets in rats at various stages of pregnancy. Compared with the normal control group, differential expressions of hundreds of genes were detected during pregnancy. Reg3α gene expression was markedly increased during pregnancy, which may be related to islet regeneration.
