摘    要:目的:建立了原子荧光光谱测定人血浆中铋的分析方法,为临床合理、安全用药提供依据。方法:样品经硝酸和高氯酸(5∶1)简单处理后,可直接测定。结果:方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5.85%,回收率为97.00%~99.49%。结论:原子荧光光谱法可准确测定生物样品中铋的含量,方法简单、准确和快速。

Abstract:Objective:A method for the determination of Bi in plasm by atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS)was established in order to provide datums for clinical medication of safeness and ration.Methods:Bi is directly determined by AFS after the plasm sample is digested with mixture aicd of HNO_3HClO_4(5∶1).Results:The coefficient of variation in this method was less than 5.85%.The recoveries was in the range of 97.00%~99.49%.Conclusion:The contents of Bi in biology sample can accurately determined using AFS and this method is simple、accurately and speed.
