血小板膜糖蛋白与高血压脑梗死的关系研究

摘    要:目的通过测定高血压脑梗死患者血小板膜糖蛋白指标,为临床治疗高血压脑梗死提供有用的参考数据。方法采用流式细胞术对80例高血压脑梗死患者、30例正常血压脑梗死患者及35例原发性高血压患者血小板膜糖蛋白进行检测。结果高血压脑梗死组、正常血压脑梗死组与原发性高血压组血小板膜糖蛋白CD62P、CD63均显著高于健康对照组,且高血压脑梗死组、正常血压脑梗死组血小板膜糖蛋白CD62P、CD63均明显高于高血压组。高血压脑梗死组与正常血压脑梗死组血小板膜糖蛋白差异无统计学意义。血小板膜糖蛋白不同梗死灶各组之间均有明显差异。结论脑梗死和高血压患者均存在血小板活化,脑梗死患者血小板活化与病情及梗死灶大小有关。血小板膜糖蛋白检测对高血压患者的病情分析和脑梗死的预防及早期诊断和治疗具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective We examined platelet glycoprotein(CD62P,CD63)in patients with hypertension and cerebral infraction for the purpose of supplying reference data for the clinical treatment. Methods The expression of platelet glycoprotein(CD62P,CD63)was measured by flowing cytometry(FCM)in70 cerebral infraction patients with high blood pressure,40 cerebral infraction with normal blood pressure and 35 patients with hypertension. Results The expression of CD62p, CD63,in cerebral infraction patients with high blood pressure, cerebral infraction with normal blood pressure and the patients with hypertension were significantly higher than that of the controls. The expression of platelet glycoprotein CD62p,CD63,cerebral infraction patients with high blood pressure,cerebral infraction of normal blood pressure patients increased significantly in the patients with hypertension. The expression of platelet glycoprotein CD62p,CD63, had no difference in both cerebral infraction with high blood pressure and cerebral infraction with normal blood pressure patients. They were significantly higher in patients with big area infraction than those with middle area infraction and small area infraction. Conclusion Activated platelet exist in patients with cerebral infraction and patients with hypertension. There exist relationship between the activatived platelet and the degree of seriousness as well as the size of infraction patients with cerebral infraction. The measurement of platelet glycoprotein has a very important clinical value for reference in protecting the development of the disease and the early diagnosis of cerebral infraction.
