| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨马来酸罗格列酮(文迪雅)对2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法80例血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者，在原治疗方案基础上加服文迪雅4mg，1次／d，共4周。观察治疗前后血糖、血脂、肝肾功能、血尿常规等指标。结果患者空腹血糖及餐后血糖水平均有明显下降，血脂代谢紊乱也得到了较好的改善，且副作用少。结论文迪雅对2型糖尿病有明显疗效，可作为2型糖尿病患者，尤其是肥胖型患者的首选用药。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate clinical curative effect of rosiglitazone maleate (Avandia) in treating type 2 diabetes. Methods 80 cases of type 2 diabetic with bad blood glucose control were selected. Based on the aetio- therapeutic regimen, Avandia was added, 4mg/d, for 4 wk. Blood sugar, blood fat, liver function, renal function, blood routine, urine routine and other index were observed before and after treatment. Results The level of empty stomach blood sugar and postprandial blood sugar descended obviously, and the blood fat metabolic disorder was also improved. The side effects are few. Conclusions The curative effect of Avandia for type 2 diabetes was obviously. Avandia is the preferred medicine for most type 2 diabetic especially lipogenous diabetic. |
