| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预对减轻剖宫产术后疼痛的临床效果。方法:138例剖宫产术后产妇被随机分为试验组(72例)和对照组(66例),对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予针对性的疼痛控制护理。结果:试验组总有效率为97.2%,显效率为90.3%,止痛效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对性止痛护理结合常规护理应用于剖宫产产妇的术后康复,能显著提高临床效果,改善患者生活质量,值得在临床上应用和推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the curative effect of nursing intervene of pain control for cesarean section patients after surgery.Methods 138 cases of cesarean section patients after surgery were randomly divided into experimental group（72） and control group（66）.Control groups were given routine nursing,and experimental group were given targeted nursing intervene of pain control on base of control group.Results The total effective rate in experimental group was 97.2%,the excellent rate was 90.3%,the clinical effect of pain control was significantly better than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Targeted nursing intervene of pain control combined with routine care for the recovery of cesarean section patients after surgery,can significantly enhance clinical effect and improve the life quality of patients,so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work. |
