| 摘 要： | 在对40例患者行选择性冠状动脉造影的同时,测定血浆载脂蛋白A-I(apoA-I),B(apoB)的水平及血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG),HDL-C,LDL-C,VLDL-C的含量,以资对比分析。结果表明,apoA-I水平对诊断有无冠心病最有意义,apoB/appA-I比值可用以判断冠状动脉病变(CAD)的严重度,apoB/apoA-I为0.98～1.00时可做为是否发生早期CAD的临界值。

| Abstract: | Serum apoproteins A-I and B were determined in 40 subjects undergoing coronary angiography because of old myocardial infarction and angina pectoris.The relationship between the apoproteins and the severity of coronary artery disease was studied.In the meantime,serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),HDL-C,LDL-C and VLDL-C concentration were determined for control analysis.The results showed that the decrease of serum apoA-I levels was the best indicator to distinguish coronary artery disease from non-coronary artery disease;apoB/apoA-I ratio had the most consistent association with the severity of coronary artery disease assessed by angiogra-phy;apoB/apoA-I=0.98-1.00 may be considered as a critical value for early coronary artery disease. |
