| 摘 要： | “高血压前期”这一概念的提出，把心血管疾病的防线从防发病前移到防危险因素。通过加强对高血压前期人群生活方式的干预措施，控制或延缓高血压的发生，对高血压防治工作具有重要的公共健康意义。祖国医学运用整体观念干预高血压前期有一定的疗效。目前迫切需要多中心、大规模的设计严谨的，临床试验，验讧中医药治疗高血压前期的疗效，寻找中医药干预高血压前期的方向，为防止高血压前期人群进展为高血压或出现心脑血管事件做出有益的探索。

| Abstract: | The concept of prehypertension emphasizes the prevention of risk factors for cerebrovascular and cardiovascular events. It is important to delay the onset of essential hypertension by improving the life style of prehypertensive patients. Effective preventative treatments include the use of ＂wholism＂ in Chinese Traditional Medicine. However, it is necessary to devise muhi-center, large-scaled clinical studies to prove the effectiveness of Chinese herbs in treating prehypertensive patients. |
