光动力疗法治疗脉络膜新生血管疾病的历程和现状

对于脉络膜新生血管形成（CNV）N关疾病而言，光动力疗法（PDT）已成为一种较成熟的治疗方法。其阻止了数以百万计的CNV患者视力的严重下降，但也不得不承认其固有的缺陷。随着抗新生血管药物研究的重大进展，PDT在治疗CNV疾病中的地位有所降低。然而，目前尚无任何一种疗法可以理想地治疗CNV疾病，因此必须客观评价PDT的有效性和安全性。合理选择适应证和治疗方案，PDT仍将是CNV疾病综合治疗中不可替代的有力手段之一。

The history and status of photodynamic therapy for choroidal neovascularization

Photodynamic therapy （PDT） has turned into a mature method for treatment of choroidal neovaseularization（CNV） associated diseases. It reduces the risk of severe vision loss of millions of CNV suffers worldwide; however, we have to recognize its intrinsic defect. Along with the significant progress of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） therapy, the position of PDT for treatment of CNV lowers. So far, none of methods can heal the CNV related diseases ideally, therefore the efficacy and safety of PDT need to be evaluated objectively. After selecting appropriate indications and therapy protocols, PDT is still one of irreplaceable powerful means in the comprehensive treatment of CNV related diseases.
