| 摘 要： | 近年来高脂血症性急性胰腺炎（hyperlipidemia acute pancreatitis，HLAP）发病率逐年上升，因其自身特点，临床治疗具有特殊性。本文主要从降脂药物、低分子肝素与胰岛素的应用、血液净化、连续区域动脉灌注、改善微循环、基因治疗及免疫治疗方法等方面对国内外HLAP相关研究作一综述，其中积极的降脂治疗是核心环节。 |

| Abstract: | In recent years,the incidence of hyperlipidemia acute pancreatitis (HLAP) has increased year by year.Because of its characteristics,clinical treatment of HLAP has its own particularity.This article reviews the domestic and international researches of HLAP on lipid-lowering drugs,application of low molecular weight heparin and insulin,blood purification,continuous regional arterial perfusion,improvement of microcirculation,gene therapy and immunotherapy methods.Among them,active lipid-lowering therapy is the core link. |
