 转化生长因子α（transforming growth factor alpha，TGF-α）是表皮生长因子（epithelial growth factor，EGF）家族成员之一，能与表皮生长因子受体（epidermal growth factor receptor，EGFR）特异性结合并激活其下游信号通路，发挥调节细胞增殖、分化、迁移等一系列生物学功能，在肿瘤的发生发展中起到重要作用，TGF-α有望成为肿瘤治疗的靶点或工具。本文将阐述TGF-α与肿瘤的关系，着重探讨TGF-α在肿瘤治疗中的应用现状及前景。

Current status and progress of transforming growth factor alpha (TGF-α) applied in tumor treatment

Transforming growth factor alpha (TGF-α) is a member of the epidermal growth factor (EGF) family,which is capable of specifically binding to epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and activating its downstream signaling pathway,thus regulating cell proliferation,differentiation,migration,etc.Because of its biological functions,it also plays an important role in the occurrence and development of the tumor.Therefore,TGF-α is an excellent candidate for either a therapeutic target or a tool.This review will focus on the correlation between TGF-α and tumors,current status and prospects of TGF-α's application in tumor treatment.
