尿微量白蛋白在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的价值

目的 探讨尿微量白蛋白（M－Alb)与糖尿病早期肾损害间的关系。方法 对130例尿蛋白阴性的尿病病人进行尿M－Alb检测。结果 130例尿蛋白阴性的糖尿病病人中，26例尿微量白蛋白增高，检出率占20％。26例微量白蛋白增高的糖尿病病人的血糖水平明显高于104例尿微量白蛋白正常的糖尿病病人。结论 检测尿M－Alb对糖尿病早期肾损害有重要诊断价值。

The value of urenary microalbumin on early diagnosis diabetic peatient with renapathy

Objective Inquire into the relationship between urinary microalbumin and renal disease.Methods Detect urinary microalbumin in urinary albumin negative diabetes.Results The urinary microalbumin was obviously high in 26 cases of urinary albumin negative diabetes,the positive rate was 20%(26/130).Their levels of blood glucose were high than those in 104 cases of urinary microalbumin normal diabetes.Conclusion The method is sensitive and reliable to determinis microalbumin for diagnosis of early renal disease.
